By creating an account or using TillCount ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TillCount provides cash drawer event logging for retail merchants: open and close records, manager draws, live running balance, variance alerts, and entry correction with audit trails. It is a logging and accountability tool — not a payment processor, not a replacement for your point-of-sale, and not an accounting system.
You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts entered by you and your staff, for training your team on proper use, and for compliance with all applicable laws regarding cash handling, record retention, and tax reporting. The App is a tool; you are the operator.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Free-tier availability and pricing changes will be communicated before taking effect. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from your account portal without contacting support. Refunds for partial periods are handled at our discretion and applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your use of the Clover platform is governed by Clover's own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
You agree not to: attempt to access other merchants' data, reverse-engineer the service, use the App for unlawful cash handling, or resell access without agreement. Violations may result in suspension with notice where possible.
You may disconnect and cancel at any time from your account portal. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.
We will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
